My name's Jason, I'm a 20 year old student, JLM is an alias I've used at various places since 2001 which is why the blog is called Jayelem. I'm in my third year at Liverpool University doing English lit, I live in a rented house in Liverpool with three friends during term time and at home in Blackburn for the rest of the time. We moved to Blackburn while I've been at uni so I don't really know anyone there, I still consider both Maidstone and Parbold (small village in the North West, reasonably near Wigan) to be more like home though I've moved about so much I don't really have one. I support Liverpool Football club because my family would be horrified if I supported anyone else as my mum and grandparents are from Liverpool and my dad didn't follow football. I chose Liverpool university because I love the city, I want to live near Anfield, the University has a particularly good English department and there's an excellent nightlife. Family, friends, films, music, videogames, books, several TV shows and football are all important things in my life. I also have some much more nerdy interests like anime, excessive internet usage and DragonGate pro-wrestling.
